For Haarlem based startup Bouwpas i created a new design system and multiple designs for their online all-in-one compliance tool. Due to the broad network of clients, i also prepared propositions in the form of tailor-made concept app designs.
Being the only UX designer, i faced a couple of challenges. Simply put; there was no UX maturity to be found. So in order to create the best experience possible it was necessary for me to talk to the client base as well as the developer team.
