During my specialization in Interaction Design i followed a course called Conversational Design. In this course we focused on using voice assistants as a helping hand during day to day tasks.
For the biggest library in the Amsterdam region I built a tool to combat low literacy among residents.
Approach
After conducting a small research study about low literacy I decided to talk to as much people as i could. I started out by sending out a survey, mapping how much people actually knew and what areas i could improve.
It turned out that all the people suffering from low literacy found out that day to day task's were the hardest to perform due to difficult (english) words.
