iCOV is a collaboration between various government agencies aimed at gathering and analyzing information to improve crime control and detection.
iCOV serves as a platform for sharing data and information about criminal activities among different entities, such as the police, Public Prosecution Service, and municipalities.
The goal is to address crime more effectively through information-driven decision-making and cooperation.
On the iCOV website, authorized users can access various services, tools, and information resources related to crime control and detection.
This includes guidelines, reports, analyses, and other relevant information that can assist in investigating and preventing crimes.
I led the team that was responsible for making various propositions, research sessions and the end result.
I took part in and led meetings with the client, together with an engineer that eventually built out the iCOV platform prototype. I was also heavily involved in the designing and UX of a better onboarding for new users of the iCOV system.
